Core awareness and strength are fundamental for providing structural support for the spine as well as promoting healthy organ function. Aviva created this workshop to invite some fun while enlivening the core.
The workshop combines Pranayama (breathing exercises,) Forrest Yoga and Pilates to playfully wake up and connect to the diaphragm, psoas, abdominals and pelvis. This is an all levels practice, no previous yoga or Pilates experience necessary.
