SophiaAraneo structures classes that are sweaty, lighthearted, challenging, and soulful. Above all, her goal is to offer a safe, healing environment, meeting students where they are and using innovative hands-on adjustments and assists to uplift every body.
Her extensive background in rehabilitative strength and fitness training supports a holistic, personalized approach to true wellness, and her love of music fuels playlists that awaken and inspire.
She is certified in alignment-based vinyasa under Eoin Finn, Forrest inspired flow with Pete Guinosso, and just completed the Foundation teacher training with living legend Ana Forrest. Sophia is a Cal alumna and Northern California native with a deep appreciation for poetry, nature, and art.
