Alana Woodschan

Alana was introduced to the world of fit and wellness during childhood, and has been a Fitness Professional for the last seven years. Her style of training incorporates core stability, dynamic muscle strength and mobility enhancement through the use of techniques such as myofascial release, isolated muscle activation, and balancing drills.
When training, her goal is to recognize, address and strengthen areas of the body that is most challenged. Along with her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Alana has developed the understanding that in order to gain, we must retrain- body, mind, soul and spirit.
