Ana fell in Love with yoga over 15+ years ago. Coming from a systems engineering background, she realized she needed something, not just exercise, but something to quiet her mind.
However, the reason for her to practice and teach yoga today is different. Her son died in October of 2014. After losing her son, she needed something more than just balance. Yoga helped her to find peace and to learn acceptance. She is convinced that yoga and meditation will help with any obstacles in life finding harmony and calm within.
This is what she wants to pass on to her students. She got her Yoga 200 hours teaching training certification with CorePower Yoga and then the Relax and Renew® Level 1 with Judith Hanson Lasater. She sees yoga as a gift that came into her life and shares this gift with her students in each class.
