Karen Moore is a multidisciplinary movement practitioner. She believes that movement in all forms has the ability to positively transform body, mind and spirit. Her movement background includes dance, running, hiking, Barre, TRX, yoga and Pilates. Karen is a former litigation attorney and her movement practice was essential to balancing out the challenges of the legal profession. In 2014, she completed her first yoga teacher training and realized that her life passion is teaching movement.
Karen is now a full time wellness professional and teaches group yoga, Pilates and TRX classes throughout the Bay Area. She is Balanced Body comprehensively trained Pilates mat and equipment instructor. She has experience working with foot, ankle, knee, hip and shoulder injuries and people of all ages and fitness backgrounds in group and private settings. She will draw from all her movement studies to infuse her Power Plate sessions with fun and creative sequencing designed to increase mobility, balance, strength and flexibility. She is extremely excited to join the Symmetry wellness team and looks forward to meeting all of its members.
