Mary Smith began pursuing her passion for human movement when she became a 200hr. certified Vinyasa yoga teacher and began teaching yoga classes on the glitter-littered studio floor of an artist’s residence in Providence, RI.
From there, Mary adventured to Oakland, CA where she has continued to expand her knowledge and practice by becoming a NASM certified personal trainer, a certified wellness coach and a TRX trainer. Her greatest thrill comes from helping clients cultivate an understanding of their own body mechanics and capabilities.
By combining flexibility, endurance and resistance training, Mary leads dynamic Power Plate and Yoga classes.
