YOGA MAT RENTAL $3

We provide high quality yoga mats by Manduka for a $3 fee. To keep these mats in optimal condition we ask that our students please clean their rental mat with the provided towel and antibacterial solution after class. Mats are also thoroughly washed by Symmetry staff on a regular basis.

GENERAL POLICIES

Please take the class most appropriate to your level of fitness and experience. We want each student to have a smooth yogic experience, which means honoring where you are in your personal practice. If you need advise as to which class is best for you, please ask. Before the start of class, please let the instructor know if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or any other information that might affect your practice.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Memberships and class packages for both Yoga and Power Plate are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unlimited memberships must be cancelled thirty business days prior to next billing cycle. Memberships may be frozen one time only, for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of one month and will incur a $25 administration fee. Please contact the Front Desk staff in writing, thirty days prior to the end of the billing cycle in order to place a hold on your class package.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

For students on unlimited memberships, if class is not cancelled within 12 hours of the start time, Power Plate students will incur a $25 late cancellation fee and yoga students will incur a $15 late cancellation fee. This applies to each class when multiple classes are scheduled within the same day.

For students with class packages, if class is not cancelled within 12 hours of the start time 1 class will automatically be deducted from your package. This applies to each class when multiple classes are scheduled within the same day.

For drop in students if class is not cancelled within 12 hours of the start time, you will not be refunded the registration cost. This applies to each class when multiple classes are scheduled within the same day.

Workshop Cancellation / No Show: All payments towards a workshop are non-refundable, but may be converted into Symmetry Yoga account credit (minus a $10 processing fee) if cancellation is received more than 72 hours before the workshop.

LATE POLICY

Our teachers devote a lot energy to the design of a class. During the first several minutes of class, the intention of the practice and the opening movements are woven together and are designed to prepare the body for all postures to come in order to prevent injury. This is why we enforce a strict 5 minute lateness policy. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for a class, you will not be permitted in class. This also applies to Friday Night Flow, Workshops and other special events.
