Savana is known for her authentic, non-judgmental, and challenging teaching style. She creates a safe space for students to drop into their body, and out of their mind. She understands that in this contemporary western world, we all tend to move quickly. Due to this, she aims to cultivate true presence and awareness into her classes in order to let go of the outside world fora bit. In her classes, you can expect to be challenged, but also encouraged to listen to your body, and take breaks when you need them.
Savana is also a Recovery and Transformational Coach and has dedicated herself to continuous philosophical education from various spiritual disciplines. She encourages growth of the physical, emotional, and spiritual self by weaving thought-provoking meditations and ancient wisdom throughout her classes in a useful and understandable way. Yoga aided in Savana’s own struggles with anxiety and overcoming of fear. It taught her how to integrate breathwork, compassion, patience, self-love, and surrender off of her mat and into her daily life.
When she is not teaching yoga or coaching clients; she enjoys cooking, meditating, running, reading, eating, and being a human being.
