Join Astrud for an exploration of the relationship between breath and body and the ability to bridge the gap between effort and surrender. In the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali sutra 2.46- Sthira-Sukham Asanam invites us to honor and embrace our strength and stability as well as our ease and grace and to be present and find equanimity in our asana practice as well as our relationships. Honoring the duality between Shiva and Shakti and Radha and Krishna and the relationship to our inhale and exhale, this is the secret to a balanced, devotional way of life that allows for an embracing of life, reality and all its mystery.
