Ivy Weiskopf, M.A., E-RYT 200, has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and writing for much longer! Trained in the Amherst Artists and Writers Method, Ivy’s gentle guidance, thought-provoking prompts, and insightful feedback ensure that you will leave feeling inspired and renewed. In Write Your Yoga workshops the time is split between yoga and guided writing sessions for a deeper experience of both practices. Through this unique approach we uncover stories embedded in the body, tap in to our authentic voice, and find connection and support within the group. Whether you are an experienced writer or yogi or not, Write Your Yoga meets you where you are. By creating a safe space in which to experiment, and by linking the body and the mind through movement, we can begin to stretch ourselves in new directions.
