Both Yin and Yang yoga styles move energy throughout the body and help improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Yin yoga also offers something that Yang yoga does not; an emphasis on stillness and longer holds. Most forms of yoga focus on building muscle strength and flexibility while Yin yoga centers on stretching deeper connective tissues, such as the ligaments, tendons, and deep fascia tissue which surrounds the muscles.

If you are looking to improve your joint health, increase mobility, improve organ function, relieve stress, create emotional healing and invite stillness into your life, join me for a series of passive practices that will help bring balance to the Yang lifestyle.
